Greg Plonka

Greg Plonka is a Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of VProz Inc., a management consultancy focused on project management and related disciplines serving business and government clients. He is a versatile and adaptable professional with strong project management, analytical, and communication skills, and a 20 year record of project leadership success in high technology (e.g. Telecom, Internet) industries and functional areas including IT, new product and service development and introduction, marketing, and customer support. Greg has held senior project management, product and service development, and marketing positions with leading global and national technology companies including: Lucent/Avaya, AT&T Canada, and Peat Marwick Stevenson & Kellogg.

Greg is active in the business community as member of The Toronto Board of Trade, Schulich School of Business (Toronto Alumni Chapter), the Project Management Institute (PMI), Canadian Information Processing Society, and a former president of the Strategic Leadership Forum. Greg holds an M.B.A. (Schulich School of Business) and a B.A., both from York University, Toronto.

Glen Ford

Glen Ford is a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer with VProz Inc. He is a serial entrepreneur having set up the internet training company TrainingNOW and its subsidiaries as well as providing consulting services for startups in Debt Counseling, Software and Payment Processing. He has been principal of his own project management consultancy for the past 11 years. During that time he has alternated his clients between government, the big banks and small to medium companies. Prior to that he spent 10 years working for the Canadian Standards Association and 10 years alternating between large distribution and manufacturing companies.Prior to that he worked for a very successful HVAC firm.

Glen is active in the business community as a member of The Project Management Institute (PMI) Lakeshore Chapter and a former training director for BNI Eagles Chapter of Business Network International (BNI). Glen is also an active supporter of charity including Scouts Canada (3rd Erin Mills Scouts). Glen holds a BSc from McMaster University in Hamilton, an MCPM from York University (Schulich), and a PMP (Project Management Professional) designation.

Tony Araujo

Tony Araujo is a co-founder and Chief Business Development Officer of VProz Inc. He is an executive with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong business acumen who utilizes his management, organizational and leadership skills to continually bring his customers business value and achieve new heights of success. As a professional with over 20 years of experience, he has drawn upon his analytical, energetic team leadership and strong communication skills to deliver successful projects in diverse industries (e.g. Retail, Professional Services, and Engineering).

Tony holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Ryerson University in Toronto and is a certified Project Management Professional and a member of PMI (Project Management Institute).
