How We Work

Have you ever hired a project manager who sat and ticked the boxes without ever engaging with the purpose of your project? We’ve met project managers like that too — and we’re very careful not to hire those people. Our people are selected for their deep knowledge of project management tools and techniques and for their ability to understand the strategic significance of their projects. They are selected because they are able to bring their creativity and innovation to the project management task — not bureaucracy. Many of these people have had senior positions previously and they understand what you are going through.
Then we support our people with:

  • our lessons learned.
  • the latest in tools and techniques.
  • training and retraining.
  • the theory of why things happen the way they do.
  • access to experts in your industry.
  • access to experts in the tasks they are expected to achieve.

Then we learn from our people.

All of our projects — no matter the size — have a project log associated with them. All our projects — big and small — end with a lessons learned meeting. Our processes and procedures are tested, refined and retested in a constant cycle of improvement.

Then we share that learning with our people.

Identifying information is removed for your privacy. The lessons learned and project logs are then published and made available to any and all of our consultants.
